STALL TYPES
- Open Air Outdoor Tent Stalls (100 Stalls)
- AC Hall indoor Octonorm Stalls (26 Stalls)
OPEN AIR OUTDOOR TENT STALLS SPECIFICATIONS
- Each Stall will have a 10 x 10ft Arabian Tent
- 3 Tables with Cover (Table size 6ft x 1.75ft)
- 3 Chairs
- No Power Supply
- Sharing of stall is strictly permitted for up to 3 artists.
- For Art Galleries & Academies, no restrictions in number of participants
- Stall Number will be allocated as per Registration order only.
- Stall layout will be provided one day before the event.
STALL COST
7500/- FOR FULL STALL
Note: Sharing is allowed up to 3 participants per stall.
Outdoor Tent Stall
- Tent Dimension 10ft x 10ft, 3 Tables with cover (One on each side) will be provided
- Table size: 6ft length & 1.75ft breadth
- Note: No power supply will be provided for this kind of stalls.
Ac Hall Indoor Octonorm Stallss
- The above image is a graphic representational image of 3 x 3 Panel Stall
- Each Panel is 3.5 ft breadth & 8 ft height. Each stall will be provided with light, a table and one or two chairs (Based on stall size) for each stall with a standard carpet
- One Power Socket will be provided in each stall.

INSTRUCTIONS & GUIDELINES
- Open for all kinds of Arts, Crafts, Lifestyle.
- Participants may bring products suitable to their stall type & size.
- Food Court will be available (No Complimentary food).
- Entry free for visitors.
- Participants should bring the materials required for display.
- No commission on sales.
- All participants will receive a Participation certificate.
- Participants should take care of their products throughout the event.
- Participants should maintain the stall area neat and clean.
Registration Details
- Registration will be accepted only through WhatsApp at 8122317518.
- Payment Via GPay / PhonePe / Paytm to 8122317518.
- Cancellations are accepted before June 10, 2026. Cancellation beyond June 10, 2026 or absence of the participants on event day are not provided any refund.
